Hotel China

HOTEL CHINA will be a collection of stories based in a Hong Kong Hotel called "Hotel China". This is a mid range hotel for businessmen and tourists, with a bit of history behind it, though it now belongs to a multi-national chain.

You can find this hotel somewhere in Wanchai, overlooking the harbour. The guests bump into each other in various communal areas, such as the restaurant, the lobby, the lifts. Though some might care to stay in their rooms all the time! Who know what strange things people get up to?

The staff will be common to all the stories, though they don't all have to appear at any one time. But we shall try to make sure that we all share a common menu of characters.

The process will be simple. We will post on this site character profiles of the staff, the working titles of stories under development, and maybe some details that might be useful in helping others co-ordinate their stories, and keep everyone abreast of how the concept is developing.
